[texbirds] McCowan's Longspurs, Laplands at Horizon Turf Farm

We had about 30 or so McCowan's Longspurs and a "few" Lapland Longspurs at
Horizon Turf Farm Sunday afternoon. Also nice was a Merlin. Thanks to
DeWitt Patton for finding the McCowan's Longspurs. Horizon Turf Farm is
between Bryan and Brenham, off Hwy 50.
