Contrary to post by others on this site concerning birding on the Los
Corralitos Ranch in Zapata County is not generally open to the public for
birding. Special access has been granted to the Monte Mucho Audubon Society
and permission to the Laredo Birding Festival. The site has a National
Historical Site which is open to the public for visiting the two buildings
there not for driving the ranch roads or visiting other areas of the property.
Please disregard the previous post about this property. If access availability
changes I will post to Texbirds. This is private property and that needs to be
respected.
