[texbirds] Latish kestrel in Austin

Today (25-May) I saw a somewhat late American Kestrel in Austin. It was at the
intersection of Airport Blvd. and Highway 290. It caught a mouse in the grass
alongside the road and flew quickly west. It was fun to watch and according to
the Travis Audubon checklist there is only a small handful of records for the
area between early May and the end of July.
