Hi All, This afternoon it actually rained here at Buckeye Knoll outside of Swinney Switch. It cleared a bit and at 4:10 Vicki and I went outside and were surprised by "kettles of kites". In fourteen minutes I counted 734 Mississippi Kites. It was getting black in the south and moving toward us. The kites began returning overhead and low in front of the rain. Our last two times at Hazel we had less than a hundred for all day, so this was a much needed raptor fix!!!!
