Preliminary results of the Kingsville CBC give a total of 156 species. Not
bad for an inland count! We added three species to our count checklist:
Tropical Parula, Wilson's Warbler, and Wood Duck. Other notable sightings
were Cassin's sparrow, Gray Catbird, and Common Goldeneye.
I'm sad to report (with tongue in cheek) that we had 80% drop in the
number of Brown-headed Cowbirds from last year;-)
