[texbirds] Houston Greater Pewee Continues 1/8

The Greater Pewee in Bear Creek Park apparently had no issues with the
recent cold weather and was enthusiastically singing and calling this
morning. Between 7:30 and 8:30AM it was easy to observe and continued to
favor its usual area between restrooms 9 and 12.
