At least since 2005 at Lyons Park in my experience.  I will have to look at my 
1992 notes and see if I visited the park that year and saw them. I think I may 
have.

Green Jays have been present for at least 4 years in the Lyons Park in 
Refuguio. I've had Kiskadee there most visits On Wednesday, December 5, 2012,
