[texbirds] Granger Whooping Cranes 2/24/13

My mother and I birded the county roads north of Granger Lake today (2/24/13)
from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. We had two adult Whooping Cranes flying over Sore
Finger WMA as we left the area at 1:00 pm. Other highlights included 100+
Sandhill Cranes feeding in a pasture on the north side of CR 353, multiple
small flocks of Sandhill Cranes flying north over the area, and 10+ Snow Geese
feeding in a pasture on the south side of CR 353.
