The Fork-tailed Flycatcher was quite cooperative in the same location described by Barry Noret earlier in the day. It apparently returned as he mentioned it flying off. The bird is directly across (north) from the historical marker sign on Dee Gabriel Collins Rd. We left at 14:10 after watching it for about twenty minutes while many others also observed it. It is still closely associated with the Scissor-tailed Flycatchers and all were around the barbed wire fence - occasionally perched on it or near it on very low branches and even clumps of grass.
