[texbirds] First Rufous Hummingbird of season for Lubbock

Greetings All:
It has been a busy week and I am just getting to the week's birding
chores. The first of these is to report an adult male Rufous Hummingbird,
spotted as it sparred with one of the Black-chinned Hummingbirds in my
backyard on Thursday morning, 3 July 2014. This is, I think, the earliest
date for the species in my yard.
