[texbirds] Eastern Travis County Hawks - December 29, 2012 Harris Hawk - yes!

Having heard about the Harris's Hawks near Elroy Road, I went over to check
them out. I found one of the Harris's Hawks about a mile north of Elroy Road
on Fagerquist lane. The area east of HWY 130 had a lot of hawks. There was one
set of four that I think are red tails, but one of them has a tail bars.
Another hawk closer to the Harris's hawk what looked a little like mustache
markings on the face - but way too big to be a kestrel and the markings were
not as dramatic as I would expect for a prairie falcon.
Here are the photos from today. Any ID correction or clarification (different
red tail morphs for example) would be greatly appreciated.
Photos are low quality due to poor lighting and distance.
