I am trying to find out if there is public access to Village Creek Drying
Beds this weekend in Arlington. A resource I have says "access by phone"
but this is vague, and does not imply calling ahead is required.
Guidance from anyone familiar with this location and finding the flock of
Rusty Blackbirds would be most appreciated!
