Well this is a birding list, but in Mr Sinclair's case it may have
stepped over into the hooved mammal classes. There are Jenny Asses, and
there are Jack Asses, The *donkey* or *ass* (/Equus africanus asinus)
/which are four legged hooved animals. Then there are two legged
upright walking jackasses.
