[texbirds] Bastrop Co. Swallow-tailed Kites - NO

I spent 2 1/2 hrs in Tahitian Village looking/waiting for STKIs.
Others were there before me. No one saw any between 7 am and 11 am
when I left. Plenty of action from 4 MIKIs across the river though!
Cindy and I will be relocating to Mission in 10 days so I sure hope I
get a sighting before then!
Also looking forward to meeting some RGV birders once we get there!
