[texbirds] Barn Owls at Mueller - Austin

I got up very early this morning to join Adrian Johnson at Blair Woods for his
quarterly survey there. Since I was up before sunup, I swung by the old tower
that has a room now dedicated to the Barn Owls. I had stopped by a couple of
times in the evening looking for them and had dipped, probably just because I
couldn't stay very long. But I stopped for a few minutes before proceeding to
Blair Woods and did see one of the adults fly in. It brings me to 149 in my
patch.
We got 32 species at Blair Woods. I'll let Adrian do the post to eBirds and
publish the list since this is really his regular gig. It started slow but
picked up nicely, however. The society's work at Blair Woods is really making
it into a pleasant birding stop.
