[texbirds] Bald Eagle and Swallow-tailed Kite

Dear Texbirders,
This morning I had an adult Bald Eagle a couple of miles north of Louise, in
Wharton County and a Swallow-tailed Kite (in with some Mississippi Kites) just
outside the little hamlet of Vienna in Lavaca County. Both birds were at low
altitude, so I got great looks.
