[texbirds] Access to C Plover viewing on 1st street

The farmer stopped by Sat (8/9) and stated he was planning to spray his
field on Mon or Tue depending on the weather and apparently does not want
people there for 48 hours afterwards. Any birders there will be asked to
leave. The problem last time was that as people left others arrived later.
One
person of questionable intelligence asked if he could stay if he wore a
mask. The farmer was rather unhappy with the situation but acknowledged that
most birders cooperated. I thought someone else would have posted a
warning by now, probably what everyone thought, so will post this.
