A brief stop at Maxey Park late this afternoon turned up 3 Cackling Geese, 1
NEOTROPIC CORMORANT, 6 Double-crested Cormorants, and 1 Spotted Sandpiper. The
latter is crazy shorebird success by current standards at Lubbock's in-town
playas - WooHoo!
