[texbirds] 2 glaucous gulls, texas city dike

the glaucous gull from texas city dike was joined by a second this afternoon,
both were on the beach with a third gull, very large with solid black bill,
looks like great black backed but too much brown in feathering, and I dont
believe large enough, same size as glaucous, dark eye line, some streaking,
will post photo later, larger than herring, but might just be a herring on
steroids! Got flight shots, unfortunately was photographing glaucous when I saw
it so only had my camera, no field glasses...will have to look at photo tonight
when I get home...got good photos of both glaucous gulls (texas life bird for
me)
