[TechAssist] zenith model-H2573Y-won't accept channel "13"command,every thing else ok.

Set was doa.
I changed C3407 in power supply(100 mfd at icx3401,pin 7 to ground).
Now set works but it will not accept a command to enter one channel(chan#13).
