Common issue with the aftermarket flybacks.  You just need to tweak this 
resistor, part of the x-ray protect circuit I believe

Shuts Down After Flyback Replacement



Replaced The Flyback With A Generic 95-4134-07 Along With The Hot.  Had To 
Change Rx3209 From A 1.5k To A 1.3k. (Can Put A 12k In Parallel But Easier 
Just To Change The Resistor)
