[TechAssist] vs5043 mit, projo video dark with velnitions blinds like going through pict.

I am working on a vs5043 mits.The pict is dark with some black lines going
through the pict. Someone give me the cap # in the power supply that cures
this, but Lost it Would someone give it to me again? Thanks Avery.
