[TechAssist] toshiba TN43v71 , TAC9957 power supply problem / surge

Hi everyone
This toshiba tv model # TN43V71 and chassis # TAC9957 is dead . When
push power botton clicks one time and red led power light stays on. I
get zero voltage at hot collector.I found Q801 ( regulator ), D876, F680 ( 5A
pico fuse ) blown, replaced them, still doing the same.Customer said power
surge damaged the tv. I am not familier with this chassis . Any common failure
on this tv ? Anyone has service manual for power supply ?
