[TechAssist] Toshiba model TN43V71 , TAC9957 power supply / surge damage

Hi everyone
This toshiba tv model TN43V71 and chassis TAC9957 is surge damaged. When push
power botton clicks one time and red led power light stays on.I found Q801 (
regulator ), D876, and F680 ( 5A pico fuse ) blown, replaced them. No change, I
get zero voltage at Hot collector. I am not familier
with this chassis . Any common failure on this tv ? Anyone have power supply
schematics for this chassis ?
