[TechAssist] service menu Sony KV32FS13

Could someone please give me the process for entering to service menu on this
Sony? Also if you could tell me the menu location for horz width adjustment.
Set has a slight bow in on the sides of less than 1/2 inch looks like a service
menu adjustment. Appreciate the help. Terry
