Set comes on 1 or up to 3 times and shuts off. HV comes up to 24k, regulator
goes from 156v in standby to 141v, 33v, 31v, 16v, -12v, 5 and 12v supplies
are all on the money. Have checked wintips including replacing flyback
237506 with new one. Any other ideas? TIA. Tommy.
