[TechAssist] pioneer projo pro 99

I am working on this pioneer projo tv set. tv has sound but no picture. When I
got there c319 was blown as well as diode d306 was blown I replaced q308. now
the tv came on perfect picture but after 20 sec unit goes into shutdown. the
reg bplus is 135v on the money I monitored it and it does not change. the high
voltage regulation goes low after 20 sec then the unit shutts down I have
changed c310,and c313 any help will be greatly appreciated
