I can't locate those caps you mention, but I replaced C2508 (470µ/40V) and
that *almost* cured the problem (still a 1/4" black on top and bottom of
screen). I got a schematic by mail from www.tehnicaavtv.com; the voltage at
the cathode of zener 6502 is too low, some 18V instead of the 23V.
I think I'll leave it this way. Set is too old to put a lot of effort in.
