[TechAssist] philips G110 chassis - picture height too small

I have a philips 28GR9970 with G110 chassis, i have no schematic.
The picture is not high enough. It's centered, i can adjust height but there's
a 5 cm (2") black border on the picture top and below, a little like wide
screen TV.
Any ideas?
