[TechAssist] panasonic ct36d11e chassis # gp342 picture not wide enough

I have this set in shop panasonic ct36d11e with a narrow picture
B+ is ok found nothing wrong with tv other than narrow picture
I suspect this is a EEPROM issue. Should i change EEPROM or just change value
of parameter. I don't have schematic and don't know the procedure to get in
service mode to change value.
Could anyone be kind enough to lend a helping hand
