I don't have that manual but maybe the info from a CT27G12 will help. It
uses a LA7837 chip, pin 8 is VCC2, 26 volts from pin 8 of the flyback fused
by R552 and rectified by D561. C551 is the filter. R552 is 1 ohm. Pin 1 of
the LA7837 is VCC1 and should have 9 volts.
