Harry, check with one of the 'house restorers' that do repairs on houses that have fire and smoke damage. They have chemical treatments that will knock that smell right out. If you can't find one, check with an insurance company. They will have the names of people that restore fire damaged houses. There are several national chains that do this type work in the States. One being Blackman-Mooring, not sure of the spelling, but close enough for govt work. I got this 27" sony here that I want to put up for sell and it came out of a house that seemed to have some heavy smokers in it. The set runs very good and I Like to get a good dollar amount for this set and it seems that the smell of smoke on it turns away some good buyers for it. I can smell it from about 9 feet away. Just like to have some ideas of what some other techs may use for something like this. Harry Fogarty Prince Rupert Repairs Prince Rupert B.C.
