you have to troubleshoot a little bit.
A/V inputs OK ?
Voltages on Tuner OK ?
What are the numbers on the Tuner ?
I think this is an older model(you need to provide the chassis # also[PTVxxx])
and it uses the old tuner that has a chip that goes bad (SDA3202,or similar).
If this chip is bad,usually the symptom is reception of only one channel in
a particular band.
i.e. channels 7-13 are all channel_______.
Or,if it is all snow,the snow will change or look a little different when
you change bands.
IOW,channels 2-6 will look the same,but the snow will change when switching
to channel 7.
