You got alot to learn Barry...First of all, my weird sense of humor.
Second if your old Pay Pal User Name and Password does not work anymore,
then basically, you ARE a new member, and would sign in as such. But just to
be on the safe side, I would check and see why your old one does not work.
Make an Enquiry to Pay Pal, maybe you have used a lower case letter instead
of an upper case. Also keep in mind that PayPal has been integrated with
Ebay, same owners, and I'm not sure if you have to actually purchase
something from Ebay, before you do your sign up. I was just pulling your leg
about 'Discrimination", as you know, turn a Canadian upside down, or an
American, ya can't tell the difference...eh?;-)
