Barry, I don't understand. I've made lots of payments with PayPal, and
all you have to do is go to the Paypal web site and enter the email
address you want to send to, fill in the amount, also the box for
auction or non-auction payment, and press SEND MONEY. You could make a
simple note at the bottom, stating it is for payment of your membership.
You should be able to send money in any of the currencies accepted by
Paypal. I've only used US dollars so far myself.
