[TechAssist] intermittant rca

we have a 35 " rca ctc169BG5 that shuts down very intermitantly. like once
a day. I measured the b+ after it shutdown and it did not waver. when it
tried to turn on.otherwise i can't get a test. i have replaced
c4102,c4108,c4104,c612,cr4401,c4406,cr4402, c4403, and c4404. does anyone have
any advice??
