Phil,

I order chemicals, mostly freeze spray and parts cleaner or lubricant
from AVW.  The prices and good and no problem with the products.  Two
problems I have run into.  1) They don't include an invoice with the
order.  (Thus, no bill of sale for IRS purposes.)  2) They used to bug
the heck out of me, trying to get me to order more stuff than I need.  To
correct the first, they finally agreed to fax an invoice.  For the
second, I said I didn't mind an occational call, but if they annoyed me I
would buy nothing from them.  Corrected both problems.
