Did you run a Virus check, and also a Spyware check?

Hi All: I did a scandisk on this drive which took 8 hours and there no was
problems or bad sectors reported.The drive is a Maxtor and is locking up
with blue screens (the progam is still busy) I tried to run win98 as a
repair but had to abort because it couldn't find some files.Ran Registry
Mech. and sys.file checker and every thing ok. Ran Powermax.from their boot
disk and on the full scan test it locks up.Any opinions? I think it must be
the drive.Thanks Barry
