[TechAssist] fix RCA/ Proscan PS27152 , CTC169CE5 tried to power up, audible thump-thump. Sound module shorting?

I decided to pull the two audio power L,R outputs on the audio module. 
Both ICs are TDA2052.
After replacements the set powers up and runs with good picture and 
sound. No thumps! (just the voices in my head telling me to...)
