[TechAssist] ctc177 tuner wrap problem fixed

Thanks to everyone who responded last week to my problem with ctc177 tuner
wrap that turned out snowy, thanks to gary mcartney, who provided me with a
digital pix of tuner area, and to wayne vanaman for providing tech
troubleshooting guide in a pdf file. what had happened was that I had
grounded one end of r7119 to ground tab, even after hours of staring at pix
next to chassis, I did not see the error, with the ts guide I was able to
ascertain that I was missing agc voltage to q7102 and q7101, after doing
some quick ohmmeter checks I found that agc line was grounded, once again,
thanks to everyone who responded.
