[TechAssist] Zenith z27h32d still a no go....

I am still having trouble with my Zenith z27h32d.
After replacing the HOT the Regulator IC and Cx3416(25Mf 100v) I still get
only a relay click when I hit the on switch , no fire to the picture tube
whatsoever.....Now what?!?!?!? Please Help....
