[TechAssist] Zenith chassis

I have a Zenith tv I don't have the model number but the main module is a
9-1130-3. It has a problem that looks like the flyback breaking down. If you
turn up g2 the problem gets worse. It has white line through the picture. I
tried another flyback and have the chassis on a jig. Has anyone seen this
problem before and know what the fix is.
