[TechAssist] Zenith SS6315W

I have a Zenith SS6315W when plugged in it does a half click reset like
normal after being with no power for long period of time. Press power switch
horizontal oscillator screams. Power button will not shut off. Customer claimed
her
cockatiel was sitting on top of set when it failed. Figured bird droppings
caused failure. Did not find any bird droppings in set. Seen similar symptom
before?
