That model should be in factory service manual PV-137.
I don't have it,... but I DO have PV138, for models PV4039H, PV4041H,and
PV4045Y.
The one I have is on Micro-fitche ONLY.
It DOES use the same power supply module 9-323-04.
The part numbers for the resistors you requested are : "both" 270 ohm 1/2
watt 5%, Zenith part # 63-7760.
I will send you the Micro-fitche, by US "snail" mail, if you need it,..or
will look up additional info for you, as needed.
