This is indeed a Hitachi set.
Winstips only convergence tip is a bad
connection(trace) from the flyback to Q902, the 27v
regulator.
Voltages you should expect on the convergence ic's
are:

2 0
3 -31
4 -32
5 +33
6 0
7 0
8 +28
9 1.0
10 +27
11 0
12 -28
13 0
14 0
15 0.2
16 0.3
17 -28
18 0.3
If someone can remember the Hitachi chassis no.
that corrospends the schematic could be downloaded
from their website.
I had that info at Future tech, but don't remember,
and no longer have access.
