Kevin,
        Check  and see if you have any standby voltages... +15 at D3411
and +5 at ZDX3401.... +124 at LX3405.. use tuner ground... ICX3431 {223-28}
pins  1  -41.7V  2  .34V 3 155V 4 .11
measurements from negative side of CX3405 ..if there ok remove and check
RX3404 180K ... Replace  Cx3413 22/50 and Cx3416 100/25>>to 63V..
Have not seen any bad picture tubes....
