[TechAssist] Zenith B25A10Z (white raster)

Fellas after struggling for a month and half on this zenith i finaly got it
to life. But all i get is just the raster with no video and no sound. I have
check all of the transistors and diode with my tester and they all test good.
I remove the tuner to see if i least get a snowy picture with sound but same
white raster. Any ideas where i should go now. I only get 200V on the
collector of the HOT and 75V on E and B. your help is appreciated.
