[TechAssist] Zenith 9-754 SF2517TR2 Dead, power lite on

Customer says this set goes on and off. Upon checking volts and HOT, found
HOT to be bad. On these boards is there anything else that could possibly be
bad when the HOT goes bad? If so any advise or info would be appreciated. Have
no print on this.
