Evidently you can not go by looking in these CRT's. Even though the video
looked bowed and short at one
end, when I took light box back to customer's home I had a good picture and
only minor geometry and
convergence adjustments were needed.
Thanks to all that responded.

Subject: [TechAssist] Zenith, 9-1674, 9-1690 wiring Z52Z95DB

Good day...
Its been a while since I did one of these..
I replaced the 9-1690 and had to transfer the connectors as the originals were
soldered onto the 9-1690.
I'm pretty sure I looked at these before I removed them and the black wire was
lined up with pin one of
the connector indicated by a small dot.
On the 9-1849 and 9-1674, the black wire is at the opposite end of the pin
indication.
Can someone email me the schematic or wiring diagram for this set?
I'd really appreciate it..I replaced the 9-1690 with one I have had here for
some time and the convergence
was still out and severely bowed, so I ordered a new one, but want to double
check this before I install
it.
Thank you.
Jeff
