[TechAssist] Zenith 9-1334 part ID

There is a surface mount something that goes from the base of Q4331 to Pin 4 of
the regulator IC. Don't have the proper print for this so I'm not sure what it
is. Burned beyond recognition along with the transistor. I know the transistor
is a 121-1264-01 but this is a mystery. Thanks.
